If you are using your own smartphone for remote patient monitoring and you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset your password:
Open the KardioPAC app by tapping on the app icon
Tap on "Forgot Password" located on the sign-in page of the app.
After tapping on "forgot password" you will be asked to type in an email where you would like to receive a link to reset your password.
After typing in an email address, go to the inbox of the email address you typed in and look for a message from "Kura Care".
Open the email and tap on the reset password link. Tapping on this link will bring you to a webpage where you can create a new password.
Once you have created your new password go back to your mobile KardioPAC patient app and login.
Note: Your username is the email address associated with your account. Even if you used a different email address to reset your password you still need to use the email address associated with your account to login.
If you are using KURA issued smartphone for remote patient monitoring, your KardioPAC account password is located on the back of the phone we sent you. If you have changed your password from the one on the back of your phone and forgotten what you changed it too, then you must reset your password. Follow the steps above to reset your password.
