What to do if I forget my password

Your KardioPAC account password has been provided on the back of the phone we sent you. If you have changed your password from the initial one we gave you to a new password then you must use the new password you created. If you have forgotten your new password then you must reset it by following the steps below:


  • Open the KardioPAC Provider app on your smartphone or the web dashboard URL we provided you.

  • Press or click on "Forgot Password" and then type in your email address

  • Open the email you received from KURA and locate your new temporary password at the end of the email

  • Go back to your log in screen and type in your email address that's associated with your KardioPAC account and type in your temporary password

  • You will be prompted to change your password from the temporary one to a new password.

  • Follow the directions to enter your new password and then entering it again to confirm your password

  • Press log in and you should be good to go.
