My phone is not working, what's next?

This can happen for several different reasons. First plug in your charger into you phone incase the batter has run out. We recommend using only the charger that was provided to you by KURA. If you are still unable to turn on your phone, and you have your phone connected to local wifi, please check your internet connectivity by looking to see if your router and/or modem is working properly. Otherwise, please contact our customer service.
