I can't log in to the app

Some events may result in you being logged out of your KardioPAC patient app. To log back in, simply tap the app icon and the log in screen will pop up. The information required to login is your email address and password. If you are using a Kura Care issued iPhone, your login information can be found on the back of your phone. Remember if you forgot your password simply tap on "forgot password" and follow the steps to create a new password. Once you have your email address (username) and password, type it in and you are good to go.
